Job Summary
Lead a team of development and quality engineers to design, build, and run high-quality technology solutions for Protection applications. Provide problem management and incident resolution capability for the platform, ensuring operational resilience and security standards are met. Build trusting relationships with key stakeholders, internal customers, and third-party vendors while managing team performance against key deliverables. Schedule technical upgrades and maintenance, guiding engineering decisions on methods and tools to deliver change. Input into financial planning and portfolio shaping activities, leading recruitment for both permanent and flexible resources.
Required Qualifications

- expert in application development techniques and methods

- Experience of successfully leading technical teams, both work and line management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
