Job Summary
Oversee complex enterprise software projects from initial architecture discussions through successful go-live, working directly with product, design, founders, and customers. Conduct technical workshops with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable concepts and implement robust backend, web, mobile, and integration solutions. Proactively identify technical risks, perform code reviews to maintain platform quality, and document decisions transparently while sharing knowledge with the senior engineering team. This hands-on Engineering Lead role focuses on end-to-end delivery of B2B investment and financial education platforms, leveraging strong architectural judgment and communication skills to drive innovation in the fintech sector.
Required Qualifications
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Erfahrung in der technischen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller B2B- oder Enterprise-Softwareprojekte
- Erfahrung darin, technische Workshops mit Kunden oder externen Stakeholdern zu führen
- Die Fähigkeit, komplexe Architektur-, Security-, Compliance- und Integrationsfragen verständlich zu erklären und gemeinsam mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen tragfähige Lösungen zu entwickeln
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
- gute Englischkenntnisse
- Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und technische Themen eigenständig voranzutreiben
- Hands-on-Mentalität – du diskutierst Architektur nicht nur, sondern setzt sie auch gemeinsam mit dem Team um
