Required Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and mentoring high-performing engineering teams
- Strong hands-on experience of Java (or similar stacks)
- Deep understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures
- Product mindset — you think about customer impact, not just technical implementation
- Strong experience designing and optimizing relational databases
- Following and advocating best coding practices, continuous delivery and code reviews
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly across teams and stakeholders
