Job Summary
Own end-to-end delivery of Synapse APIs, leading development squads and technical decision-making for architecture, engineering quality, and operational excellence. Drive solution and code reviews, enforce design governance, and mentor engineers while promoting best practices. Oversee production readiness, deployment approvals, and critical incident support, collaborating closely with Architecture, DevOps, Security, and Testing teams. Manage technical risks and dependencies to ensure scalable, secure microservices on Azure AKS with robust CI/CD pipelines. This Engineering Lead role focuses on accelerating digital transformation through advanced API capabilities within Synechron's global FinLabs ecosystem.
