Job Summary
Engineering Lead to govern global architecture for Microsoft Power Platform, D365/Dataverse, and AI initiatives within the AI CoE. Responsible for architectural governance, technical leadership of a 6- to 10-person engineering team, and advanced development efforts including research spikes. Define and maintain global architecture standards for Microsoft cloud, AI, and Power Platform solutions; provide hands-on guidance, code/solution reviews, and ensure high-quality product delivery within budget and schedule. Drive ALM strategy across M365 Copilot and Power Platform, design efficient Cloud Flows and REST-based integrations, oversee Dataverse environments and security/compliance policies, and collaborate with AAI leadership to align technical roadmaps with business objectives. Must demonstrate mastery of Power Platform, D365/Dataverse, REST/JSON, XPath, and modern DevOps practices; possess strong mentorship and communication skills with a proven ability to lead and grow technical teams in a Kanban environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years in IT engineering, software development, or technical architecture roles with a focus on Power Platform/D365 or JS full-stack development involving Dataverse and Azure
- Mandatory Certifications: PL-600 Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect
