Job Summary
Senior IP Program Manager responsible for IP development and delivery for Marvell’s products and custom ASICs; leads cross-functional teams across analog, logic, DFT, layout, timing, validation, PnR; manages IP specs, milestones, and risk with regular updates to executives; chairs weekly cross-functional meetings; emphasizes cross-functional leadership, strong communication, and program-management processes; requires a BS in Electrical Engineering (MS preferred) with 6+ years PM or 10–15 years total semiconductor experience; experience in mixed-signal IP design/management and SoC/IC design flows; base pay range cited as 175,200–259,300 USD; role located in US (Hudson Valley, NY and Santa Clara, CA) with on-site requirements; export control considerations apply; AI tool policy during interviews; candidates must be eligible for export-controlled information as defined by law.
Required Qualifications
- BS in Electrical Engineering; MSEE preferred
- 6+ years of experience as an Engineering Project Manager in the Semiconductor industry preferred
- 6+ years of experience as a mixed signal IP designer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields or higher
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to partner with technical managers to drive projects to completion
- Knowledge of SoC/IC design flows for advanced process technologies, process flows, and methodologies in Silicon Development
