Engineering Intern - (Summer 2026/2027)

Job Summary

Conduct research, data analysis, and technical investigations to support project delivery across coastal, maritime, structures, and civil teams. Prepare engineering calculations, technical documentation, and deliverables while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to solve real engineering challenges. Apply Australian Standards and industry best practices under the supervision of experienced engineers to develop practical technical and professional skills. Gain exposure to infrastructure projects in Australia through hands-on mentoring and software tools like AutoCAD or MATLAB. Commence December 2026, conclude February 2027.

Required Qualifications

  • Civil, Structural or related Engineering student
  • Currently in your penultimate or final year of study
  • Understanding of engineering fundamentals gained through university coursework
