Job Summary
Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of engineering tools, including product development tools, companywide design tools, and bespoke testing solutions. Collaborate with design engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to implement bug fixes, minor feature updates, and code reviews. Analyze user-reported issues to assist in troubleshooting and resolution while documenting technical designs and workflows. Participate in testing and validation to ensure tool reliability and workflow efficiency for design and data analysis tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Programming experience in one or more languages (e.g., C#, C++, Java, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, REST APIs) or application development concepts
- Understanding of databases and data concepts (SQL, relational data structures)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
