Job Summary
Assist the Engineering team in developing and maintaining top assemblies in SolidWorks & NX, including reverse engineering parts, validation, and creating the 3D CAD parts library. Gather and maintain detailed vendor data while performing product analysis by cross-referencing physical parts with 3D models for dimensional accuracy. Work with operations departments to improve efficiency and quality, managing competing tasks and frequent changes. Available Monday through Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm for 20-25 hours per week. Pursuing a technical degree or related field with strong communication and organization skills.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in technical degree or related field
- Must be local to Orlando, FL
- Must be available for 20-25 hours per week, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Desired Qualifications
- Some knowledge of other CAD applications (NX, AutoCAD, Rhino)
- Manufacturing experience
