Job Summary
Assist engineers with day-to-day technical support for production and maintenance activities, including troubleshooting equipment to minimize downtime. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends, while participating in process improvement and cost-reduction initiatives. Support small capital or continuous improvement projects, creating technical documentation and leading efficiency-focused initiatives. Work cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and quality teams to execute design, planning, and execution. Full-time summer 2027 assignment starting May 17, 2027, with a competitive hourly salary ranging from $19.25 to $33.50.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of spring 2027 semester
- Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
Desired Qualifications
- Preferred majors: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related
- Experience with PLC Controls, Robotics, or automation
- AutoCAD & CAM experience
