Engineering Intern

Engineering Intern at Gradient Robotics will work directly alongside founding engineers on real robotics problems, potentially designing mechanisms in CAD, writing ML training pipelines, building test rigs, or debugging hardware on the bench, and will ship work that ends up on robots. Responsibilities include designing and prototyping mechanical components, fixtures, or test rigs; contributing to ML training, evaluation, or data collection pipelines; integrating sensors and actuators into robot hardware; building tools, scripts, or dashboards to accelerate the team; running experiments, analyzing results, and presenting findings.
