Job Summary
Engineering Intern position for a fall term in Winnipeg, Canada. Onsite 4-month term (September 8 – December 18) with days 6:00–7:30 a.m. starts. You'll gain hands-on experience in a complex engineering environment, contributing to projects across Production, Electrical, Business Systems, New Product Development, or Manufacturing. Responsibilities include supporting testing, analysis, design, documentation, and continuous improvement; collecting and interpreting technical data; participating in team meetings and design reviews; and learning the full product lifecycle with guidance from experienced engineers. Must be currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary engineering program, eligible to work in Canada for the full term, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; previous co-op or manufacturing experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognized post-secondary engineering program.
- Eligible to work in Canada and availability for the full work term.
- Previous co-op, internship, or manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn.
