Job Summary
Engineering Graduate contract position within Takealot Group's Graduate Programme spanning takealot.com, TFS and Mr D. The role involves assisting in analysing operational and engineering data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvement; supporting the design, testing, implementation, and optimisation of engineering systems, automation solutions, and process improvements; participating in continuous improvement initiatives; assisting with project coordination and execution including planning, tracking, and reporting; supporting preventative maintenance, system monitoring, and performance evaluation of equipment and processes; and preparing technical documentation, reports, and dashboards for stakeholders. Requires a Degree in Engineering (Mechatronic) with strong communication, data interpretation, and MS Office skills, plus time management and the ability to manage multiple projects. The environment emphasizes mentorship, collaboration, and fast-paced learning across a leading e-commerce group in South Africa.
