Job Summary
Geotechnical Engineer (Engineering Graduate) in Peterborough, ON, hybrid in-office model (3 days/week). You will support drilling oversight and field work for soils and construction materials testing, visually classify soil samples and review lab testing data, assist with laboratory testing, and help prepare geotechnical services reports, proposals, and data analysis. Also involved in project invoice review and occasional support to survey field crews. Requires a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering, 0-2 years of related experience, willingness to travel/perform field work, and strong written/verbal communication. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or related field
- 0-2 years of geotechnical / materials testing experience is a plus
- Ability and willingness to perform field work and travel (including some overnight travel)
- Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work in a team and independently
