Job Summary
The Entry-Level Engineer will support the development, integration, testing, and readiness activities for PEO C3T Tactical Network systems, including documentation, configuration management, and coordination across IPTs and PM TN. Responsibilities include developing and documenting engineering, integration, and readiness processes; preparing technical documentation and maintaining configuration baselines; participating in IPTs and coordinating with program offices; evaluating and applying standard engineering techniques with minor adaptations; assisting in CM tool management and software delivery in test/deployment environments; analyzing configuration issues, identifying root causes, and proposing corrective actions; participating in design reviews and configuration audits to ensure proper identification and status accounting of software baselines; ensuring documentation and tracking for all configuration-managed items. Required knowledge includes familiarity with Army organizational structure and Unit Task Organization, effective communication and leadership/support of IPTs, ability to work independently on complex projects while contributing to team objectives, strong analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to apply engineering standards to evolving program needs. Required Qualifications
- Active Secret clearance
- BS in Engineering, Testing, or a related scientific/technical discipline
