Job Summary
Document labor time studies, create final reports, and record procedural data during time-and-motion studies with lead technicians. Perform detailed daily record keeping, locate and receive parts shipments, and maintain strict 5 S standards for shop cleanliness and organization. Locate, move, and wash vehicles as needed while ensuring all investigative steps are captured for comprehensive labor time establishing. Work in a fast-paced automotive shop environment supporting standardized repair timelines and realistic service standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Microsoft Office 365 proficiency especially Outlook and basic Excel skills
- Proficient typing skills
- Clean driving record and employment background
- Able to work and function in an automotive shop environment
- Travel requirement (infrequent) is as needed
Desired Qualifications
- DMS (Dealer Management System) experience
- DMS (Dealer Management System) experience not required but is a plus
