Job Summary
Conduct thorough field walks to assess project sites, shadow trades during hookup and installation, and identify potential challenges to propose viable solutions. Perform detailed audits of project plans, designs, and implementation strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Prepare comprehensive reports documenting observations, recommendations, and corrective actions based on field assessments. Provide hands-on technical support throughout the project lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance. Maintain effective communication with stakeholders including project managers, discipline leads, and contractors to address concerns promptly. Identify opportunities for process improvements based on audit findings to enhance project execution methodologies. This onsite role in Chandler, AZ requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and offers a salary range of $50,000 - $75,000/year.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience conducting field walks, site assessments, and evaluations in diverse project environments
- Demonstrated ability to provide comprehensive onsite support, troubleshooting complex issues, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- This position will require you to work onsite and be located in the Chandler, AZ area
