Job Summary
Enable high performance of the supply chain facility by fostering a reliability-centered maintenance culture that ensures equipment availability. Lead Maintenance Technicians, Utility Attendants, and EAM Software Technicians to deliver solutions for challenging problems while managing external contractors and on-call emergencies. Optimize material handling equipment use, develop work plans for critical asset repairs, and oversee escalation processes during downtime incidents. Maintain the overall health and life cycle management for site commodities including material handling equipment, HVAC, and the OTR trailer fleet. Approve financial expenditures for parts, validate contractor work quality, and ensure adherence to Asset Management standards. Act as an ambassador for safety by promoting safe working practices, conducting investigations, and enforcing procedures like Lock Out/Tag Out. Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for the team while overseeing onboarding and continuous capability enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- 4- year degree in Engineering or related fields, or equivalent experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to read, interpret, and effectively communicate necessary policies and procedures
- Ability to manage, lead, and influence others on a team while prioritizing multiple projects
- Experience with multi-contractor management
- Self-motivated and customer-centric
- Excellent PC competency
