Job Summary
Maintenance-focused engineering leadership role responsible for installing, maintaining, and calibrating tools, appliances, and equipment; performing preventative maintenance; inspecting fire safety systems; managing inventory and procurement; and supporting disaster-response planning. Supervises and develops staff, coordinates guest-repair requests with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and cost-efficiency; ensures compliance with company policies, safety training, and professional standards; and maintains clear communication, training, scheduling, and performance coaching to achieve reliable operations and guest satisfaction. Requires a technical/trade/vocational degree and at least 2 years of related experience plus 2 years of supervisory experience. Capable of physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds and navigating facilities to support maintenance and guest service needs.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
- Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
- Supervisory Experience: At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
