Job Summary
Engineering Executive responsible for incident management, facilities helpdesk, remote monitoring, and work-permit administration across global locations. Focus on handling incidents/work orders within SLA, timely updates/escalations to stakeholders, and producing post-incident/root-cause reports. Manages facilities service requests via D365/CFS, guiding dispatch to appropriate teams, tracking response times, and contributing to monthly/weekly client reports. Oversees remote monitoring of critical systems and alarms (Iconics), escalates faults per SLA, and maintains duty logs and histograms. Collaborates with engineering and facilities teams to implement operational procedures, generate regular management reports, and ensure continuous improvement. Demonstrates technical hands-on capabilities with technology tools, strong organization/time-management, attention to detail, and effective English communication; emphasizes collaboration and customer-centric focus to deliver outcomes for internal and client stakeholders.
