Install, maintain, and calibrate tools, appliances, and equipment; operate power lifts and shut-off valves. Order, stock, and inspect parts while maintaining inventory logs. Complete life safety checklists, including fire-pump and generator run tests, and inspect sprinkler systems. Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, and coaching employees. Respond to guest repair requests and address service needs. Ensure adherence to safety policies, report hazards, and develop disaster response protocols. Identify ways to increase organizational efficiency and cost-savings.
