Job Summary
Director-level role leading Teamcenter Service Engineering. Responsibilities include managing a team with development plans, recruiting, reviewing accounts to identify PLM-value opportunities, providing high-level technical support for Teamcenter PLM deployments, pre/post-sales customer support, ensuring high-quality implementation/configuration/customization, collaborating with clients to optimize processes, staying current with PLM standards and regulatory considerations, contributing to future software releases by prioritizing defects and providing customer feedback to Siemens product development teams, and driving continuous improvement across PLM offerings. Requires extensive PLM tool experience (Teamcenter, Windchill, ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE), strong leadership and client-facing skills, and experience with CAD integration, data migration, and scripting for PLM customization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes ENOVIA/3DEXPERIENCE, or similar
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people
- Strong understanding of engineering processes and product development cycles
- Experience with CAD integration and data migration in a PLM context
- Proficient in one or more programming or scripting languages relevant to PLM customization
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
