Job Summary
Engineering-Draper-Associate-Help Desk User Support provides technical support to external and internal clients for the firm’s electronic trading and services platforms, including authentication, entitlements, and client training across web, desktop, and mobile. Supports platforms such as Private Wealth Management client web, Electronic Trading applications, and Goldman 360 Portal. Acts as a main contact with clients via phone, email, and occasionally face-to-face, collaborating with Sales, Operations, Trading, and PWM teams. Coordinates seamless client coverage across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas; troubleshoots and escalates issues, pursues follow-up resolutions, identifies enhancement opportunities for automation, and project-manages new business start-up initiatives while adhering to compliance and risk management procedures. Performs statistical analysis and business reporting for marketing and sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or equivalent) in Business, Economics, or a related field
- Broad financial industry knowledge
- Experience with internet-based applications including Windows, Google, and iOS platforms
- Knowledge of internet networks, firewall, security settings, and B2B connectivity
- Ability to deliver professional service to internal and external clients
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, interpersonal and time management skills
- Proactive and team-oriented mindset with global collaboration
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Incident management experience with ability to prioritize under pressure
- Analytical skills and ability to perform statistical analysis and business reporting
- Ability to coordinate client coverage across Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and the Americas
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field
