Job Summary
Define engineering and capital expenditure strategy aligned with company growth while steering large-scale initiatives from concept to implementation. Evaluate opportunities to build business cases, monitor technology for innovation, and ensure infrastructure performance. Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with rigor; act as a change leader to motivate teams and build supplier partnerships. Report to the Senior Vice President, Operational Strategies, Quality, and Innovation. Requires Bachelor's in engineering, 8–10 years in manufacturing management, OIQ membership, and travel to North American sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or automated production engineering
- 8 to 10 years of experience in engineering management in a manufacturing environment
- Availability to travel to our manufacturing sites in North America
- Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
Desired Qualifications
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SAP
- 3D software proficiency
