Direct the design and development of next-generation MBG marine products from concept through production; build and lead a high-performing engineering team; collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and customer service to ensure manufacturability, quality, and successful product launches; drive milestones, accountability, and clear documentation while balancing innovation with practical execution to deliver boats that perform on the water and are ready for production.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited university (Mechanical, Marine, Ocean, Electrical, or Naval Architecture)
