Job Summary
Lead GAI's Roadway practice across the Ohio River Valley (WV, OH, IN, KY) and direct senior-level initiatives. Responsibilities include client management, project management, quality control, project development, and business development for public (state and municipal) opportunities. Oversees multi-disciplinary project teams, develops LOIs and proposals, mentors staff, and develops organizational strategy for staff growth. Represents the organization at key functions and conferences, negotiates critical issues, and ensures sustainable project performance within budgets up to $250,000 yearly value. Requires leadership, strategic thinking, and strong communication to drive growth across the region.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered PE with ability to be certified in WV, OH, KY, and IN
- Minimum 25 years of experience developing business with public clients
- B.S. or M.S. Engineering, Master's Degree or Equivalent Experience Preferred
- Driver’s License
