Job Summary
Engineering Director for Acquisition & Retention to lead the development, delivery, and evolution of large-scale software capabilities that accelerate customer acquisition and drive retention. Leads engineering for systems powering loyalty, pricing, customer communications, and growth experiences; drives AI-enabled delivery models, scalable architecture, and cross-team collaboration. Responsible for strategy, architecture, security/compliance, budgeting, and mentoring engineering leaders, with a focus on measurable improvements in cycle times, reliability, and business impact.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years software engineering experience
- 7+ years managing large engineering organizations with engineering managers and architects
- experience defining and delivering technical strategy across AdTech, MarTech, Loyalty, Pricing, and Customer Data ecosystems
- strong product and business partnership
- effective communication, judgment, and decision-making
