Engineering Device Technician

Job Summary
Engineering Device Technician role handling yield and parametric review, daily yield-issue analysis, parametric analysis of production and engineering materials, and communication of yield issues to the shift team. Collaborates with Manufacturing and Engineering to review and disposition hold lots, identify and investigate scrap events, and create near-miss and scrap incident reports. Applies Kill die and Maverick Die Elimination techniques to reject dies, performs additional inking to support device and outgoing inspections teams, submits failure analyses and interprets results, and provides key weekend support. The role requires work in both office and clean room environments and benefits from familiarity with Excel; highly collaborative, with opportunities to engage across multiple engineering groups and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Worked in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- Fab/Test experience preferred
- Ability to operate in both office and clean room environments
- Proficiency with Excel beneficial
