Job Summary

Support critical processing lines including plating, drill, rout, and test while working the production floor. Progress through three years of increasing responsibility: Year 1 focuses on learning processes; Year 2 involves supporting engineering projects such as automation development, design of experiments, and yield improvements; Year 3 includes implementing former intern projects and entry-level engineering assignments like robot/PLC builds and SOP updates. Commit to at least three shifts per month, with a schedule running Friday through Sunday from 7:00am to 7:00pm. Gain real-life experience in a manufacturing environment at TTM Technologies, a leading global PCB manufacturer.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing either a BS in Engineering or related discipline
  • Completion of at least 12 college credits
  • Must be able to safely lift 35 – 50 lbs
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Have good reading vision, color discrimination, and hearing perception
  • Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
  • Being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
  • Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
  • Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
  • Understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
  • Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services
