Job Summary
Join our Planning Development and Natural Resources team to engage in technical and design services for civil engineering projects focused on land development and stormwater design. Responsibilities include preparing design computations, producing design/construction drawings, and ensuring design tasks are completed within budget and on schedule. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, passed the FE Exam, and possess experience in land development projects, with proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
- Passed your FE Exam and obtained your EI/EIT.
- Experience with design of land development projects required.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D and capable of learning other design software programs as required.
- Process-oriented individual with strong organization and technical skills.
- Strong writing and verbal skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with design of stormwater and flood mitigation projects preferred.
- Experience in StormWise (previously ICPR) or other stormwater modeling software is a bonus.
- FL residency preferred.
Additional Requirements
- May or may not require a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle and criminal record.
