Engineering Delivery Manager IRIS - Electroniques Video

Engineering Delivery Manager leading a 20-30 person multi-disciplinary engineering team on the Sentinel-3 Next Generation Topography program, coordinating with project leadership, IVVQ authorities, and customer interfaces to drive planning, milestones, risk/opportunity management, and implementation of company practices and processes (including Visual-management and Co-Ingénierie methods) for RF and embedded software architectures (FPGA, high-criticality flight software). The role requires strong leadership, robust planning, and ability to manage budgets and trade-offs, while ensuring interface with end customers and technical authorities to deliver high-precision altimetry and earth-observation capabilities. English fluency is expected; experience in RF and/or digital subsystems with embedded software is required. The position is based in Toulouse, France, with on-site collaboration and in-depth engagement across the program milestones (PDR/CDR) and ESA/COPERNICUS contexts.
