Job Summary
Engineering Delivery Manager to pilot the delivery of software engineering products from launch to production, coordinating multi-country teams and ensuring quality, pace, and strategic alignment of deliverables. Build and animate engineering capacity by federating geographically distributed developers, instituting agile rituals and best practices (code reviews, CI/CD, tests, documentation) and maintaining a coherent delivery rhythm. Manage operational delivery: backlog, risks, dependencies, and budget; prepare Decision Reviews with CTO and Product Owner; monitor cadence via sprints, increments, and DORA metrics. Bridge engineering and operations by coordinating stakeholders (SOC managers, Product Line Managers, etc.), ensuring mutual understanding of constraints, and ensuring complete operational transfer (documentation, training, support). Contribute to the Engineering Delivery Management function through recruitment, onboarding, and continuous improvement of engineering practices and culture. You'll be part of a dynamic, multicultural team delivering cybersecurity solutions in an innovative environment at Thales Meudon. Required Qualifications
- Engineering diplôme (diplôme d'ingénieur)
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience
- At least 3 years in software engineering delivery management
- Experience in cybersecurity context (SOC, MDR, CTI, DFIR) preferred
- Knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to coordinate distributed teams across geographies
- Experience with backlog, risks, dependencies, and budget management
- Good communication and transformation mindset
