Engineering Delivery Manager (F/H)

Engineering Delivery Manager role within Thales’ Mine Warfare France, responsible for the respect of project delivery costs, planning and quality across the engineering scope (system, software, hardware) for the drone solution, via orchestration of all engineering activities. Must define KPIs to monitor technical progress, manage functional increments and building blocks, and oversee system configuration and evolutions. Primarily based in Brest, France, with occasional travel to the United Kingdom. Requires an engineering degree (or equivalent) and proven experience as Programme Manager or Configuration Manager on complex programs; strong capabilities in team leadership, systems engineering, product-line engineering, issue resolution, cost estimation and budget management.
