Engineering Construction Administrator

Support the design division across MEP construction scopes, manage in- and out-processing of RFIs and submittals with accuracy and timely distribution, assist with tracking and processing of change orders, review project schedules and related documentation, observe and report non-conformance to construction documents, review contractors’ pay applications, participate in system start-up, commissioning observations, project closeout and warranty-phase activities, gain hands-on exposure to the design-build process with opportunities to grow into engineering and project management roles, and collaborate across the engineering design team, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure adherence to design intent.
