Job Summary
Engineering College Co-op position supporting manufacturing and engineering operations with time studies, cycle time checks, delay studies, and implementation of lean concepts. Responsibilities include creating performance-based reports, conducting studies to identify opportunities for improvement, and assisting the Manufacturing team with lean implementations in manufacturing and assembly. Applicants should be pursuing a Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering degree, maintain a 3.0+ GPA, be available 25 hours/week year-round, and be able to work in the US without visa sponsorship. Location: Three Rivers, MI. Graduation May 2027 or later.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related Engineering degree, full-time at an accredited college or university.
- Graduation date of May 2027 or later.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
- Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, year-round.
- Must be able to work in the US without Visa Sponsorship.
