Job Summary

Engineering Change Analyst will lead the engineering change process across Design Engineering and the Change Management team to minimize disruptions in the Supply Chain, overseeing CN workflow improvements and KPI-driven performance. Responsibilities include manually managing Engineering Change execution until new workflow is implemented, then leading rollout and continuous improvement of the CN implementation workflow; acting as the liaison between Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Suppliers to control costs and maintain product integrity during changes; creating detailed CN implementation plans covering material disposition, inventory management, and supplier readiness; tracking CN status, reporting to stakeholders, and escalating risks; defining KPIs and dashboards to measure throughput, cycle time, quality, and cost impacts; serving as SAP SME across ERP modules (IBP, S/4HANA, PPDS, etc.) with day-to-day support, issue resolution, and system stability; analyzing business processes and proposing SAP solutions to improve efficiency and reduce costs, championing automation and SAP best practices; enabling users by creating guides and delivering SAP end-user training to ensure adoption and sustained performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent written/verbal communication
