Job Summary
As an Engineering Business Partner - Food and Beverage Production, you will develop and manage positive, long-term client relationships and lead a multi-disciplined team to support engineering, equipment, and capital execution needs. Responsibilities include P&L management for capital execution projects, presentation development, strategic decision-making, and the ability to travel with short notice. Candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills and business acumen, with 10+ years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience and sales account management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional experience
- 10+ years of consumer products (or related) engineering or manufacturing experience
- 7+ years of sales, account management, client development, and or stakeholder's management across business units
- 3+ years of supervisory experience

- Account management experience
- Ability to do revenue projections
- Ability to navigate social media platforms for business purposes
