Job Summary
Engineering Attendant supporting the Engineering Supervisor in daily facility operations at a Surabaya Accor hotel. Performs standard maintenance on hotel equipment (electrical, plumbing, heating/cooling, bathroom fixtures), completes small renovation tasks (painting, carpeting, furnishing), inspects systems to identify faults and coordinate timely repairs, maintains readiness of firefighting facilities, keeps detailed daily logs, and updates safety-related documents. Requires strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and building systems; familiarity with safety standards; basic computer skills and maintenance reporting; effective English communication; leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork; ability to work under pressure and during shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations
- Physically fit and willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
