Job Summary
Maintain the safe and efficient operation of the plant, machine room and all their accessories and auxiliaries. Manage, coach and supervise engineering technicians. Organize records for future planning. Preferably with 1 year experience in an international hotel or similar role; preferred B.S. in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; knowledge of boiler, chiller, and generator equipment; fluent in English; outgoing and people-oriented; proactive, detail-focused, and a team-builder; right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in an international hotel or in the same capacity
- B.S. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Knowledgeable in boiler, chiller, generator, etc.
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Outgoing and people oriented
- Displays initiative and commitment to professional values
- Motivator, self-starter and team-builder
- Right to unrestricted employment in the Philippines
