Engineering Associate - Electrician

Respond to guest repair requests; communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues; perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication; visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines; carry equipment; identify, locate, and operate all shut-off valves for equipment and all utility shut-offs for buildings; maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed; communicate daily activities and problems to other shifts; demonstrate knowledge across air conditioning/refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish work, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and general building; perform surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement, and thorough cleanup of painting/repair areas; test, troubleshoot, and repair various equipment including plumbing, electrical components, lamps, extension cords, vacuum cleaners, internet devices, and TV programming; program TVs; use Lockout/Tagout before maintenance; perform repairs on interior/exterior landscaping and garden sprinklers; display basic computer skills for inputting air handler schedules and adjusting temperatures; adhere to safety policies; maintain confidentiality and protect company assets; provide courteous guest service and foster positive team relationships; be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, maneuver stairs and ladders, and use computers to locate work-related information; perform other reasonable duties as requested.
