Job Summary
Manage daily plant engineering activities by supervising, analyzing, and standardizing refrigeration, compressed air, power, and steam systems. Implement preventive maintenance protocols and develop processes for process plant systems while ensuring compliance with internal and external auditing bodies for structural, wastewater, fire protection, and environmental standards. Maintain facilities, utilities, and work areas to conform to sanitation and safety standards, supporting engineering sustainability initiatives focused on resource and energy efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, four years of manufacturing industry experience, and onsite presence in Marilao, Bulacan.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any Engineering course
- At least four (4) years of experience in any Manufacturing Industry
- Strong knowledge in process equipment, refrigeration, ventilating systems, electrical power, water, steam, compressed air supply systems, and other rotating equipment operation and total productive maintenance (TPM)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Willing to work onsite in Marilao, Bulacan
