Job Summary
Apprenticeship in Fabrication and Maintenance across roles for Plater/Welder and Machinist. Includes on-site maintenance during schedules, fabrication of parts to specification, installation of fabricated equipment, pre-use inspections, and logging/reporting faults. Fully trained Maintenance Engineer potential to progress via supported completion of further qualifications (HNC/D). First year includes residential training in Birmingham. Salary £20,800pa with yearly increases; 48-month duration. Location: Forterra Engineering Services, Whittlesey (Peterborough area).
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 GCSEs, or equivalent, including English and Maths at grades A* - C (9 - 4).
