Engineering and Operations Internship

Conduct real business projects and operational challenges while gaining exposure to the full manufacturing process from fiber to finished product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how different roles contribute to safe, efficient, and successful operations. Identify opportunities to improve overall operational performance. Present capstone projects to executives and participate in community service projects, team bonding activities, port/plant tours, and a video making competition. Receive weekly career advice from industry leaders. This 12-week structured early-career development program runs from May 10th to July 31st. Participants are not eligible for visa support.
