Job Summary
Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate facility maintenance, engineering, and capital projects at Cornerstone Building Brands. Responsible for overseeing maintenance of building/facility, equipment, HVAC, production lines, and grounds; managing a team of maintenance/engineering staff; overseeing design/installation phases of new equipment and line upgrades; managing maintenance work orders and preventative maintenance programs; budgeting related to facility, repair, and labor; ensuring safety and regulatory compliance; and driving cost efficiency through TPM, lean practices, and data analysis. Requires a BS in Engineering, 8+ years in engineering management, 3+ years of people management, TPM and Lean experience, proficiency with CMMS and AutoCAD, and strong analytical skills.
Required Qualifications
- BS Degree in Engineering
- 8+ years of experience in an Engineering Management role
- 3+ years people management experience
- Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) experience
- Lean skills including Kaizen, Standardized Work, VSM plus
- Knowledgeable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CMMS
- Strong data analysis skills
- experience with Auto Cad
