Job Summary
Engineering and Maintenance Manager at Agilent Technologies leading site Engineering and Maintenance for Folsom manufacturing. Drives strategies and roadmaps for manufacturing equipment, automation, and utilities; leads Manufacturing Engineers and Maintenance Technicians; ensures compliance with QMS, CAPAs, change controls, investigations, and nonconformances; collaborates across Global Engineering, Quality, and Operations; responsible for capital equipment planning, equipment lifecycle management, and continuous improvement to improve OEE, throughput, and product quality. Onsite role at Folsom with a focus on safety, quality culture, and delivery of manufacturing objectives. Requires Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering (or equivalent experience) and 5+ years of leadership in manufacturing/maintenance environments; strong cross-functional collaboration and CMMS/Electrical/Automation knowledge. Salary range $136,618 - $213,465 per year with bonus/stock eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and directly relevant experience
- 5+ years' experience formally or informally leading a team of direct reports, projects and/or programs for entry to this level
- Experience in manufacturing engineering, maintenance engineering, or operations support in a production environment
- Demonstrated experience leading people, projects, and/or programs with accountability for technical and operational execution
- Experience collaborating effectively across manufacturing, quality, engineering, and support organizations
- Experience working with CMMS systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of quality systems, equipment qualification/validation, change management, and nonconformance/CAPA processes
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
