Job Summary
Coordinate project management activities, resources, and equipment with regulatory organizations while monitoring repair requests and notifying leadership of prolonged or unassigned issues. Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports for maintenance programs, manage project-related paperwork including purchase orders and quotes, and maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies. Facilitate appliance, HVAC, plumbing, and pest control issues with vendors, rental partners, and Owner Relations, then track work order completion and follow-up to ensure timely closure. Maintain accurate maintenance records within Nuvola, fill in charge backs daily, and document out-of-order units to expedite their return to inventory. Answer phones and provide services to guests, members, and other departments while attending weekly Rooms maintenance meetings.
Required Qualifications

- Must actively participate in team member referral program and be a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort.
- Must participate in all resort-required meetings and training courses required.
- Must maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform/business attire and nametag.
- The ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
- Comply with Silverado Resort Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient resort operations.
- Must be proficient in using Nuvola and ensure compliance with the resorts protocol.

- Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for up to 7 hours per day in front of the computer.
- Exerting more than 20 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
- This role requires operating a golf cart.

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative role is preferred.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking, time-management & self-motivation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience in using HMS, Nuvola or hotel maintenance software preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
