Engineering Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
Maintain Engineering Department documents, records, and II Work Instructions while ensuring accuracy and proper control. Submit required documents through customer portals, track submissions, and manage inventory of trial parts and samples. Create and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) in Plex, research suppliers, request quotations, and issue Purchase Orders. Support Process and Quality Engineers with administrative and technical tasks, including information gathering on the shop floor and assisting with engineering activities. Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, suppliers, and customers as needed to standardize processes and work instructions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings
- Ability to use their hands to touch and handle objects
- Ability to hear
- Ability to see, including close vision
- Ability to stand for long hours
- Ability to stoop
- Ability to kneel
- Ability to sit
- Ability to climb
- Ability to balance
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or manufacturing-related education or experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and use Plex and customer portals
- Familiarity with CATIA Viewer
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience using measuring tools, including, Calipers, Micrometers, and CMM
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
