Job Summary
Product Manager for Value Added Services leading cross-functional planning and execution for a key product launch, owning product performance before, during, and after launch; coordinates requirements, readiness, go-to-market activities, and post-launch stabilization, defines success metrics, monitors outcomes, and drives continuous improvements based on customer feedback and business results.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives and complex timelines from planning through execution
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align teams, drive decisions, and communicate status, risks, and dependencies
- Analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance data, and translating insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear launch plans, briefings, and updates
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
- MBA or advanced degree a plus
