Engineer

Characterize process optimization strategies and troubleshoot operational issues across operations, manufacturing, pilot plant, or capital projects environments. Apply engineering principles to design system modifications, experiments, and capital projects while organizing and presenting results for minor scope and complexity. Provide solutions to moderate technical problems by evaluating standard engineering techniques and performing routine investigations with limited variables. Audit operational performance and regulatory compliance for equipment systems, collaborating with research, manufacturing, maintenance, and quality assurance departments to develop system modification recommendations. Initiate and complete design, engineering, and construction projects within schedule and budget constraints, working with consultants to generate cost estimates and schedules. Requires a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with two years of experience; preferred knowledge includes pharmaceutical/biotech processes, validation protocols, and GLP/GMP compliance.
