Job Summary
Mid-level engineer to contribute to full-stack features across TypeScript/JavaScript, React on the frontend and AWS Lambda/Node.js/PostgreSQL on the backend. You’ll write code daily, participate in code reviews, pairing, and architectural discussions, and help balance speed with quality. You’ll work with a stack including TypeScript, React, React Query, AWS Lambda, Node.js, and PostgreSQL on AWS cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes curiosity, learning, and collaboration, with opportunities to influence product thinking, technical planning, and the direction of a growing SaaS platform. The team operates with a Flexible hybrid model: two days per week in the Central London office (Farringdon) and the rest remote, with a collaborative, learning-focused culture and a range of benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Some commercial experience writing TypeScript or JavaScript (backend or full-stack)
- Working understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Comfort with version control and collaborative development workflows
- Interest in how systems fit together, APIs, services, data flow
